Birth, mid-October 2003
So, at Fall Break, I went home and started to code the first Transcendence pages on Notepad, using my own little knowledge of HTML and the tons of content that I had already typed up on my word processor program. Little by little, I put together the first six pages of content, plus a rudimentary index page.
I returned to campus on October 14th, 2003, and made the final corrections to my pages, adding navigation and whatnot. The next morning (October 15th), I went to Tripod's website and bought the 8.95 per month plan. Soon thereafter, I uploaded my first pages, and little Transcendence was officially brought into the world of the Internet.
